Q 1. TV Troubleshooting
01 Poor Picture or sound quality
A  

  • Check all wire connections & adjust the antenna.
  • In the areas of poor TV reception conditions or of long distance from TV stations, you can have quality problems in the image and sound received.

  • 02

    No picture or sound

    A  

  • Make sure that the TV is plugged in and check the antenna connections.
  • Check its input source such as PC, TV, Composite, S-Video.

  • 03

    Screen with lines or unstable image

    A  

  • Check if there is an appliance in use disturbing electric waves (radiophone, hair dryer, electric drill, etc.)
  • Do fine tuning by manual adjustment.

  • 04

    Unable to receive certain channels

    A  

  • Check if the channel is set correctly.
  • Redirect the antenna by moving it right and left.

  • 05

    Picture without sound

    A  

  • Press MUTE button
  • Control the volume

  • Q 2. PC Monitor Troubleshooting
    01

    No image on the screen

    A  

  • The VGA cable should be connected to the TV and computer.
  • The display card should be inserted fully in its slot.
  • Power switch of both PC and TV should be turned on.
  • Make sure that a supported mode has been selected on the display card or system in use.
  • Modify the graphic card mode properly referring to the table of standard signal modes presented in the previous page.
  • Check if the VGA cable pin is not bent or off.

  • 02

    Unable to turn on the equipment

    A  

  • Check if the AC cord is plugged in correctly and retry to turn on the unit.
  • Unplug the monitor AC cord from the power socket. Connect the AC cord again in 10~20 minutes.

  • 03

    LED on TV is red flickering without image

    A  

  • Check if the VGA cable is connected to the TV and computer correctly.
  • Check if the computer is in power-saving mode by touching the keyboard or mouse.

  • 04 Image is unstable and out of focus
    A  

  • Check if the VGA cable is connected to the computer correctly.
  • You need to readjust the image when computer display mode changes. Please re-adjust the image by using the Auto Adjust menu.
  • Check if the monitor and graphic card are compatible and if they are set at the proper refresh rate. If the characters appear distorted, please reset the refresh rate to 60Hz.

  • 04 Image size is strange
    A  

  • Please reset the image size using vertical and horizontal positions function of screen adjustment menu.
  • Please try the Auto Adjust function.
