End-User Warranty Terms and Conditions
Encross Enterprise, Inc. ("Encross") warrants that your new Kreisen product(s) are protected against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period from the date of the original purchase of the new product within our service territory.
If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Encross will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product, provided that the customer adheres to certain return authorization procedures and guidelines. For better service, Encross strongly encourages you to register your product by filling out the warranty registration card provided with your product or register online.
Warranty Period for All Kreisen Products
Parts : 1 year
Labor : 1 year
Date of Original Purchase
A copy of the original proof of purchase will be required to establish the original date of purchase for all warranty service.
In-Home Service
We offer free in-home service for all Kreisen TV models within the 1-year warranty period. To obtain free in-home service, the product must be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products that are not registered within 30 days from purchase will still receive repair or replacement service for defective products.
Product Replacement
Replacement of a product or parts may include remanufactured, refurbished parts or components. The product replacement is warranted for 60 days or for the period remaining on the original warranty, whichever is greater. Replaced/repaired product will be shipped via UPS Ground delivery, to any point within the territory. Extra freight charges will apply for expedited shipping, if such service is available.
Return Material Authorization Procedures

2. ACQUIRE AN RMA NUMBER
After we receive your RMA request, Encross staff will contact you within 48 hours and assign you an RMA number.
3. RETURN UNIR FOR REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT
Please send your original back to us in the original box. Damage due to improper or inadequate packing will be charged to you as an out-of-warranty cost. Please remember to mark the RMA number outside of the box. The original unit must be properly packaged in the same manner as the replacement unit. Any item(s) returned in improper shipping packages will VOID THE WARRANTY.

4. RETURN AND REPLACE
We will repair or replace a defective product within 2 weeks of receipt. If the unit is not repairable, we will send a replacement product. If a particular model is not available, we will replace it with a product of equal or greater value.

In many cases, your product may not need repair. Before you contact us, please consult the troubleshooting section in your user's guide or our FAQ page at our website at www.kreisen.com.
If neither of the approaches resolves your problem, please locate your proof of purchase date, indicated on your receipt or invoice. Please note your product model and serial number on the back of your product and have the product with you when you call us.

During the product warranty period, we support your basic configuration, setup and troubleshooting questions, and when required, we provide you with all instructions on how to return your product for repair.

Warranty Exclusion
The limited warranty does not cover the repair of damages occurring after you purchase the monitor in shipping or in storage or that caused by disaster, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, mishandling, improper packaging or shipping, products with missing serial numbers or parts, unauthorized repair or modification, or acts of God.
This limited warranty does not cover repair of monitor display quality degradation resulting from failure of following the manufacturer's instruction with respect to proper handling, operation, installation, usage, service and maintenance of the monitor.
Encross shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
